FAQ
Normally, you can change/cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase. However, if the order has already been packed and shipped, we will not be able to change/cancel the order. In any case, if you have any questions, please contact our customer service team and we will do our best to assist you.
Standard order lead times are 2-5 business days from the time the order is placed. You should receive your order within 2 working days of receiving the despatch notification email. However, there may be factors beyond our control that cause delays.
After your order has been dispatched, we will send a confirmation email containing a tracking link to make it easier for you to track your parcel.
